Return and Refund Policy

Simple Celebrations Studio sells digital invitations and other downloadable designs. No physical item is shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, we generally cannot accept returns after a file or access link has been delivered. If you received the wrong item, cannot access your purchase, or the file does not work as described, email us at support@simplecelebrationsstudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.

We will review your request within 3 business days and work to provide the correct file or resolve the access issue. If we cannot resolve it, we will offer a refund to your original payment method. Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored.

If you need to cancel an order before receiving or accessing your digital product, contact us as soon as possible at support@simplecelebrationsstudio.com.
